Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. Contact us at returns@b6tsmart.com for questions related to refunds and returns.
Returns
- To be eligible for a return, you items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
- Damaged products should be reported promptly. If the product is damaged in transit, B6 Toxicity, LLC will refund the price of the product and the shipping cost. Damaged products reported thirty days after receipt will not be refunded.
- Non-returnable items include: gift cards and downloadable software products.
- To return your product, please email returns@b6tsmart.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
For US Customers: B6 Toxicity, LLC will refund the price of the product and original shipping fees for damaged products or products that don’t meet the customer’s expectations. For the latter, we will subtract the return shipping costs from the original total purchase amount.
For International Customers: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
