- To be eligible for a return, you items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
- Damaged products should be reported promptly. If the product is damaged in transit, B6 Toxicity, LLC will refund the price of the product and the shipping cost including international shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org pictures of the damaged merchandise. Damaged products reported thirty days after receipt will not be refunded.
- If you are not happy with the product, the unused and in the same condition in which it was received product can be returned for a full refund. To return your product, please email email@example.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received at the fulfillment center, a refund will be issued for the vitamin. Customers in the US will receive a refund for the product and the original shipping fees. Customers in the US are responsible for return shipping fees. International customers will receive a refund for the product. International customers will be responsible for original and return shipping fees.
