Remove Excess B6 from Muscle Tissues

Finally, we need to address B6 in muscle storage. B6 is supposed to be in our muscles. Our body uses B6 muscle storage in exercise. We know through research that once muscle storage is full that no more is going to be added. We also know through research that the only healthy way B6 can be removed from muscle storage is with exercise. The bottom-up research from the B6T Smart Understanding B6 Toxicity Facebook group shows that a deep massage may also help remove B6 from muscle storage.

B6 causes different levels of damage for different people. The amount of exercise and the type of exercise depends on the level of damage to your body. If your sensory, autonomic and/or motor damage prevents you from walking to the mailbox, then there is no way you will be able to walk a mile. In this area, you need to do what is best for you. If you don’t exercise right now then start slow and build up slowly. You are the tortoise, not the hare.

If you are already exercising, then keep it up! If you can, add weightlifting. Building muscle means more room for incoming B6 to be stored. Remember B6 is supposed to be in the muscles. This stored B6 is NOT harming us. We saw in the B6T Smart Understanding B6 Toxicity Facebook group, that our bodybuilders were the fastest to recover. Again, start slow. Build up slow. You are the tortoise, not the hare.
